THE DANIELS MODEL

The Daniels Model is a newly launched tool, developed by Luthando Daniels. The inspiration came from Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Richard Barrett's seven levels of consciousness. The model allows leaders to identify the dominant paradigms they operate from and be able to respond to the dynamic leadership situations accordingly.

This tool is not only limited to leaders but to all employees in the organisation. It helps to bring self awareness and the understanding both of areas of strength and areas of delegation. Organisations thrive when all employees operate from strength.
